Free Lunchtime Seminars
Too Old Dudes (TOD) will present several series of free seminars. These one hour sessions, held during lunchtime, will be brief snippets from our full-day offerings, but concentrating only on one topic per class. We at TOD realize that in our regular seminars, we are throwing a lot of information at you in a very short time. We understand that it is sometimes difficult to absorb everything during the scheduled class time. In these free one hour sessions, we will try to expand on one subject, hopefully helping you to retain more of this valuable information.
Because these are such short classes, it will usually take many weeks before each series is completed. As expressed above, each series will be based upon a particular application or area from our regular seminars. For example, Microsoft Access will consist of at least the following one hour sessions:
- Tables |
- Queries |
- Forms |
- Reports |
- Events
These "sub-topics" will be based upon what is taught in both the Fundamentals and the Intermediate level classes. There are no outlines and descriptions for these short sessions, but you can read about those areas from the full-day classes.
Besides Microsoft Access, you can expect to see sessions on other Microsoft Office products, HTML, JavaScript, Open Source, and any other subject you, our clients, want to cover. All classes will be held from 12:00-noon till 01:00-pm, so please check our Complete Schedule for the days these will be offered. And, since seating is limited, please register in advance.
